Ticket Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain all processes related to listing inventory 
  • Use and learn all internal and third party products
  • Coordinate and assist in any ticket office projects such as mailing, invoices, etc.
  • Follow departmental goals, objectives, and priorities
  • Maintain the relationship and communication between departments 

Skills and Characteristics:

  • You are innovative, think for yourself, and question everything
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • High sports IQ (not required, but definitely a plus!)
  • Passionate about technology
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • You are a collaborative, hardworking, problem solver
  • You don’t understand 9 to 5 (flexible schedule required: including nights, weekends, and holidays)
  • You are way above average, and only want to work at a place that is nowhere near average

This position will report to the Director of Ticket Operations and Product.
