Position: Ticket Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a self-motivated, hands on team player looking to learn and grow within the Ticketing Industry. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations and Product, this position plays a critical role to the success of The Ticket Group. In this role, you will assist in maintaining all processes and procedures related to the listing and fulfillment of inventory. The Ticket Operations team is also responsible for working directly with client venues or teams to troubleshoot any issues pertaining to the delivery of tickets. The position requires strong communication skills, working as a team, excellent time management, and a willingness to overcome obstacles.
